1 General Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the cvd33 platform and its users. cvd33 operates an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh, and by accessing, registering on, or using any service on this platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using cvd33's services. These Terms are provided in Bengali rather than English because our primary users are Bengali-speaking residents of Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic dispute, the decision of the authority shall be considered final.
2 Eligibility & Account Registration
To open an account and use the services at cvd33, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
- You must register under your own identity; opening an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.
- Each person may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
- Residents of regions where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law may not register.
If any false or misleading information is found in the details provided at registration, cvd33 reserves the right to close the relevant account at any time and forfeit any funds held in that account.
3 Account Management & Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) secure. The following rules are mandatory:
- Never share your login credentials with any other person.
- Always use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the cvd33 support team immediately.
- Report any unusual activity on your account straight away.
All transactions and betting activity carried out through a user's account will be considered that user's own, unless they can prove that their login credentials were used without their knowledge.
Account Verification (KYC)
cvd33 may request identity verification from a user at any time. Failure to provide identity documents or required paperwork may result in the account being temporarily suspended and withdrawals being blocked.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on cvd33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We currently support the following payment methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
- Nagad — The digital payment service of the postal department.
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
- Upay — The mobile payment service operated by UCash.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same for every method).
- Deposits must always be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; in such cases the funds will be returned and the account will be reviewed.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing normally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the user's own name.
- The applicable wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
- If fraud is suspected, the authority reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending verification.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
cvd33 offers its users various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to receiving and using bonuses:
Welcome Bonus
- New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example: A ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Likewise, a ৳32,000 deposit earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.
- Bonus wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
- A bonus may only be used on the account to which it was issued.
- If the same person claims the same bonus through multiple accounts, it will be treated as fraud.
- If any unusual activity is detected in bonus use (such as placing maximum bets on a single outcome to reduce risk), the bonus will be cancelled.
- cvd33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
cvd33 offers various categories of games including sportsbook, live casino, slots, fishing games, and card games. Specific rules for each game can be found on the relevant game page. However, the following rules apply across all games:
- Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless the game interface specifically provides that option).
- If a technical fault affects the outcome of any game, that round will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.
- cvd33 is not responsible for losses caused by loss of internet connection.
- For betting on cricket, football, or other sports, outcomes will be determined in accordance with the pre-defined market definitions.
- In any disputed matter, the decision of cvd33 is final.
VIP Program
cvd33 has four VIP tiers for regular players. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Cashback is awarded each week based on gaming activity. To advance to a higher tier, you must remain regularly active.
7 Prohibited Activities
Users of cvd33's services must refrain from the following activities:
- Using another person's account or payment details without their permission.
- Using funds from illegal sources on the platform (money laundering).
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through bots, automated software, scripts, or any other technical means.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or conducting cyber attacks.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits repeatedly.
- Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other users.
- Operating an account using a false identity or fabricated information.
- Spreading false or misleading information about cvd33.
If involvement in any of the above activities is proven, the relevant account will be closed immediately and funds held in the account may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken where applicable.
8 Responsible Gaming
cvd33 believes that gambling is a source of entertainment, but it should never be seen as a way to earn money. We encourage users to play responsibly and provide the necessary tools to do so:
- The ability to set your own deposit and betting limits.
- The ability to temporarily suspend your account or self-exclude.

10 Limitation of Liability
The cvd33 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. cvd33 accepts no liability in the following cases:
- Losses caused by loss of internet connection or technical faults (unless the fault originates directly from cvd33's side).
- Delays or losses caused by failure of third-party software or payment gateways.
- Login credentials being exposed due to the user's own negligence.
- Indirect, special, or consequential losses.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government orders, etc.).
In any case, cvd33's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.
11 Account Cancellation & Suspension
Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. Any earned balance remaining at the time of closure may be withdrawn (subject to bonus terms being met).
cvd33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Use of a false identity or forged documents.
- Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
- Legal orders or directives from regulatory authorities.
- Account inactive for an extended period of time.
12 Changes to Terms & Conditions
cvd33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes where possible.
If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you will automatically be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.
